2020 - 2021 Board Elections
- The 163rd Annual General Meeting of the Society is currently planned to held on Friday, 9th October 2020. –*Please note due to current restrictions this date is likely to be postponed
- Any notice of Special Business must be lodged with the General Manager no later than 5.00pm on Friday, 11th September 2020
- Nominations for vacant positions on the Board of Management close 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting this being Friday, 11th September 2020 at 5.00pm.
- Board vacancies are as listed below.

If required a ballot for the election of Members of the Board will be conducted via postal vote with voting forms to be sent via email or post from Monday 14th September with voting closing at 4:00pm on Friday, 2nd October, 2020
All members that are eligible to vote will be sent their postal vote forms via email and in the case of no email address via post. Members are asked to use their membership number on the voting form to ensure that there is only one vote per member. These voting forms can be sent via email to the General Manager email@example.com or via post. To be eligible to vote in the upcoming election, members must have paid their membership fees by the 31st July 2020.
