Supporting Our Firefighting Volunteers

To our amazing firefighting volunteers – thank you for protecting our community with courage, strength, and unwavering dedication. Your service means more than words can express, and Maryborough Highland Society is honoured to stand beside you during these challenging times.

We recently held a fundraising night for those affected by the fires in Harcourt and our local fire brigades. The response from our community was truly overwhelming. Through the generosity of everyone who came along, bought a raffle ticket, shared a meal, or simply spread the word, we raised an incredible $3,485.00 on the night.

Dine and Donate Program

Our Dine and Donate program continues to make a real difference. With $1 from every main meal sold going towards the cause, we’ve raised a further $1,004.00 as of Friday lunch. This brings the grand total to $4,489.00 so far – and the number continues to grow.

Your everyday choices when dining with us are making a tangible impact on those who need it most. Every meal purchased contributes to supporting the brave volunteers who protect our community and those affected by the recent fires.

How You Can Still Help

If you’d still like to contribute, we welcome donations via Eftpos at any bar. Donation tins are also available throughout the club. Every cent raised goes directly to supporting those who protect us and the families affected by the fires in Harcourt.
