We recently received a wonderful hello from Oban, Scotland, courtesy of Malcolm. It’s always a special moment when members of the Maryborough Highland Society community connect with the Scottish homeland that inspired our club’s proud heritage.

Oban is one of Scotland’s most beloved coastal towns, known for its deep ties to Highland culture and tradition – values that sit at the very heart of everything we do here at Maryborough Highland Society. It’s a reminder of the rich cultural connections that bind us to Scotland and keep our traditions alive right here in Queensland.
